Our Warranty

Bags and Accessories

We offer a one-year warranty on all our products upon presentation of proof of purchase. The warranty applies once per item on the initial purchase and covers manufacturing defects. These defects may include, among others, zippers and stitching. The warranty does not cover snags or scratches on the hardware. It also does not cover damage resulting from use, dye transfer, deformation, accidents, improper care, or product modification. Normal wear and tear must apply. We reserve the right to offer repair, product exchange, or compensation. Backpacks have been tested to support a weight of 5 pounds. Handbags have been tested to support a weight of 3 pounds. It is recommended not to overload the product to maximize its longevity.

To claim the warranty, proof of purchase will be required. If a defect is detected upon receipt of the product, the claim must be made with the relevant retailer or emailed to info@designlambert.com if the purchase was made online at www.designlambert.com within 14 days of the purchase date. Lambert reserves the right to refuse the warranty claim if the reason is deemed inapplicable or if there is disrespectful communication.

If the product to be exchanged is out of stock, we may offer you another item of the same value. By purchasing from our site and/or one of our retailers, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our warranty policy.

Duration: 1 year warranty upon presentation of proof of purchase. 

Covered: Any manufacturing defect affecting the quality or functionality of the product, including in particular zippers, seams or assembly of components. 

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Hangs or tears
  • Scratches on hardware
  • Dye transfer
  • Deformation of product
  • Improper maintenance or modification
  • Damage resulting from improper use or accident

Duration:10 year warranty from the date of purchase. 

Covered:
Manufacturing defects affecting the functionality of the product, including but not limited to:

  • Cracks or breaks in the shell
  • Broken wheels or handles
  • Defective telescopic handles
  • Broken zippers

No covered:

  • Damage resulting from misuse or accident
  • Exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents or chemicals
  • Aesthetic damage related to normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, marks)
  • Suitcases used for commercial purposes
  • Second-hand products

*If your suitcase is damaged during transport (plane, train, boat, etc.),you must immediately contact your carrier to make a claim with them. 


Duration: 1 year warranty upon presentation of proof of purchase. 

Covered: Any manufacturing defect or assembly problem affecting the normal use of the product. 

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches on lenses or frame
  • Impacts, drops or mishandling
  • Damage due to improper storage
  • Unauthorized modification or adjustment
  • Loss or theft

Duration: Guarantee of 30 days following the date of purchase. 

Covered: Any manufacturing defect affecting the quality or durability of the product, including in particular sewing irregularities or assembly defects

Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Discoloration from exposure to sunlight or water
  • Stains, marks or scratches from use
  • Deformations due to improper maintenance or storage
  • Loss, theft or accident

If your purchase was made from a retailer, we invite you to contact the retailer directly. Exchanges and returns must be processed by the point of sale where the purchase was made.

Please note that we are unfortunately unable to process requests for items purchased from other retailers or online stores.
